SXM Radio not working

SXM Radio not working
Wife just traded her Maverick for a 2022 Bronco Sport Outer Banks (used). When I go to sources and see SXM radio and click on it, nothing happens. SXM does not play at all. In settings, SXM is enabled. AM/FM plays fine. Any idea what's wrong? Thanks in advance.

No, the dealership gave us a 3 month free subscription. When I got off work yesterday and checked, and it was working fine. No clue why it took a day to fix itself.
