06 f250 6.0

i had this thing hauled to a mechanic due to a crank no start, they told me the hpop and #1 injector was bad…i replaced the hpop today and will replace the injector tomorrow….i have attached a video to show what its doing, what is the thump im hearing, surely thats not the one bad injector? Any help with this would be appreciated
