Quality ZF tranny parts

Quality ZF tranny parts
My tranny started leaking fluid.
I checked it out and found that the boot in the tower had split.
Ordered a new boot plus shifter guides from a semi local place. Got them in and the guides had more slop than the ones that were in it
and the boot split right off the bat as I was installing it in the tower.
Supposedly the parts were Ford, but my guess they were not factory.
That said, does anyone recommend a ZF shop that has "real" parts?
Vehicle is a 2000 F-350.
Appreciate any info you may have.

I would suggest Midwest transmission as a place to look. They used to have short throw kits for the ZFs as well
