1999 front end rebuild kit

I have been looking for a front end rebuild kit for my 2000 model 2wd f250. my question is is the Detroit axle kit really worth double what some of the other cheap kits are? What is a good kit to use?

I put Detroit axle front end kit of my Ford ranger and less the a year later every rubber bushing and grease boot was cracked. I wouldn't run it in my 250 at all.
