The PA Chapter's "Turkey Talk" November 2023 Chat and B/S Thread
Starting this a little earlier than normal since it's just about bedtime. Hopefully you dads got your dad tax on the kids' candy tonight.
31 more days down, and into November we go. This year has flown, which happens when you're busy I guess. Supposedly some possible snow in the air for November 1, too. Too early - I need to clean my leaves up yet.
SEMA is happening this week - and the boys from Big Time Kustoms in neighboring New Jersey delivered the goods. I love how this truck turned out, and it's of course one of my favorite generations since I own one:
Welcome to November, Gang! Yep! A full dusting of the white stuff down in Washington County this morning! November is starting with a bang! I didn't check this morning's total, but the lake house in Edinboro was supposed to get 2-5" last night. My only disappointment is that I haven't taken either the bow or a single gun out for a walk in the woods yet this year. I still won't get to this weekend either since my daughter has a powerlifting competition on Saturday in Tarentum. Maybe the following weekend.... Soccer season is almost over. Looks like I'm reffing a game Friday night & then my youngest has his last game of the season on Sunday in Moon. The Super isn't ready for winter yet. I have a few spots of rust that I need to deal with before they get deeper than the surface, and I'm in need of new shoes already. Time to find a new tire that at least makes it to 50% of the treadlife warranty!
Speaking of trucks, that is a beautiful one you shared, Bill! I have a good buddy who is there with Spansei. He's a Jeep guy, and the builds that he's been posting are gorgeous!
No white stuff in the south central….wish we would have gotten a few inches, I need to take the Indy for a walk now that the engine is running after rebuild. Happy November Ford fans! Thats a nice truck in the pic. Love it!!
