So I just received a light bar and upon removing it from the box I can hear what sounds like the led cover/diffusers rattling. I attached a video. Can anyone confirm this would be "completely normal to the design of this lightbar"
Does anyone own the same light bar and can confirm? I couldn't imagine driving around listening to this constant noise. Before I dispute this purchase and since I've never owned a light bar I would like some input. Anyone mount a brand new light bar on their vehicle that rattles like this? Is this normal because of the design? This crap won't be going on my truck but I don't think I should be out $100 bucks. If they had put in the features "Unique design that rattles" I would not have purchased it. If I'm stuck with it I'll open it up have a couple of beers and figure out how to stop the noise, I really have better things to do with my beer drinking time. lol
I sent Body Armor an email along with the video and this is their last reply. The last part feels like a slap in the face "We hope you enjoy your new lightbar for many years to come""After speaking with our sales team and checking the 2 remaining units that we have in stock we have been informed and witnessed that the rattle is completely normal to the design of this lightbar and will not cause any functional issues. As this is a clearance item returns are not an option in this instance. We hope you enjoy your new lightbar for many years to come."
