2021 Ford F-350 Driver Seat Massager stopped Working
2021 Ford F-350 Driver Seat Massager and contour settings stopped working about a month ago. I checked the fuse #3 and its good. After reading some similar posts I checked the plugs under the seat and they all seem to be in good shape. All other seat functions work as they should and the passenger seat massager works with no issues. When I push the button on the side of the seat to activate the massager, the truck's computer system acknowledges that the button is pushed and displays the massage setting on the screen but there is no seat movement. Same happens when I use the controls from the settings screen. Since none of the massage system is working on the driver side, I think that either the plug or wiring is bad. System under seat has never been disturbed to my knowledge so I could use some advice. I have bad lower back pain and the seats really help on long drives and would like to see it working again.
