1990 F-800

Looking at a possible business venture, which will involve a 1990 m/y F-800. With possibly the Brazilian 6 cylinder, 6 speed, and air brakes. Am curious how reliable and dependable this drivetrain is? How would it drive? Didn't get the mileage when I looked at the truck today. So, am wide open for any input.
Thanks.

Pretty reliable, no powerhouse, getting very hard to find parts for.
