Hey guys I need help. I have a 2001 f250 7.3 auto with 348,000+- miles. 280,000 injectors and cups replaced with fuel pump. 310,000 rebuilt transmission with upgraded billet converter. Around 345,000 miles it started to get a "stutter" while going up a grade under a load. At 347,000 I had a steel fuel line rubbed into and it put me on the side of the road (which I absolutely hate being broke down on the side of the road...don't we all?) So I decided to do some maintenance. I replaced both fuel lines (driver and passenger banks) I replaced hpop and lpop with new oil lines including the crossover. I added a high flow turbo kit (from dalessuperstore.com) and I also replaced IPR and ICP.. and cam sensor (all ford/motorcraft) brand. Also this past weekend I dropped the tank and changed the replaced fuel screens and pick up tube. Also fuel bowl filter and of course air filter and regular oil change... the problem is I still have the stutter under a load between 60-70 mph and/or just the truck at high speeds (80-85 mph). Also it gets way worse after driving and then stopping at a red-light and starting again it will run rough after that until I kill the truck and let it sit awhile...
any idea guys?
Also forgot I put a new TPS on also

Get FORScan and the OBD adapter they tell you to get. Pull all codes, clear all codes, pull all codes again. Let us know what you got both times. Run all diagnostic tests on FORScan, again tell us what happens.
You changed sensors and control items, why????
Where did you get all the items you replaced? Unless you stood at the FORD or International counter or a very few trusted online places you likely have fakes and need to do the job again. Do not trust the corner store, Cramazon, or Fleabay for our trucks. Just for reference if the IPR was not right at $300 it is fake.
Are you using proper rated Turbo Diesel oil? When was the last time the oil was changed? Is the oil at the proper level??
Often overlooked is the transmission. When was the last transmission service? Are you using the proper transmission fluid (Mercon V)? What is the level of the Mercon V when up to temp??
Have you checked all connection plugs and wires back under the bundle for condition and security?? This will take some time and you may get dirty. You will need tape to put it all back the way it should be.
Especially curious on the new IPR. Do you still have the old one?
A common IPR failure mode is poor running hot and good running cold. That is often a bad IPR solenoid. The magnetic part of it can fail when hot. You can test it, should be approx 10.5 Ohms.
Another test is when the truck is hot and running like crap cool that same part with an upside down can of air. Blows very cold. If the truck then runs normal there's a clue.
