Exclamation TPS gets 0.02-0.08v (3 new tps's)1-2 high rpm shift

hello,my e350 7.3 1997 burnt forward clutches twice already in 3months due to high pressure line,i guess it was semi-limp mode or whatever.
1-2 shifts 2300-2500rpm,i checked forward sprag etc trice ,every seal is new,all air tested prior install no leaks.
2 different solenoids both should be working, used forscan with bluetooth adapter . both command to shift @ 12-13mph.
no sticking valves, all new sonnax springs, steel valves. checked all main valve body springs ,everything is good and dont hang in bores.
manual 1-2 shift as it should at 12mph. reverse is quick and solid.
without solenoid shifts good.
feed bolts tight to spec.
checkballs in correct spots.
sonnax zipkit installed.
TPS ground checks 0.2ohm Off position and about 16ohm with key on.
supply wire shows 5v
in the end i get between 0.02-0.08 between 3 tps and 0.72-1.15 idle
my guess is something wrong with pcm ,idk.

UPDATE
backprobed tps output voltage and all 3 work 0.75-4.2-.4.5v ,seems like pcm is culprit ,any ibnputs ?

Not sure how much help I'll be but let's see. The main thing that sticks out to me is your inconsistent voltage out from the accelerator pedal position sensor APP(That's the PID name on these trucks). Normal operation for the SD's is 0.6v idle and up to around 3.8v WOT. The idle fluctuations don't seem right either. Mine is always rock steady at idle. Another PID to look at is the IVS idle validation switch, it reads either on or off but if it isn't doing that correctly it has been known to cause problems.

I'm thinking the U man is on the right track here, so hit the sensors at the pedals with copious spray contact cleaner.

You could try to monitor those PIDS to check for problems, but just giving it the juice and checking for improvement is way faster. If no joy then spend time on monitoring.

i will checkout with ivs,it was there all the time but i dont understand how its related to voltage in tps circuit or how it could throw off voltage ,maybe its stuck and sends signal to pcm that we're idling and pcm doesnt switch from idle to running mode? although shift solenoid commands to shift, rpm goes up etc.

ill try that.
Also ,can anyone chime in on fuse for MLPS #34, it doesnt see 12v with multimeter both KOER and KOEO and when shifting from P to N ,maybe thats my problem ?ill grab new sensor tomorrow, current is from rockauto aftermarket brand.
fuse itself is still bridged(good)
On top of that cant seem to find all grounds,2nd battery on frame eliminated.Main Ground from engine to chassis is cleaned reattached
Found 1 by starter circuit relay on fender,2nd hooked up on distribution box ,3rd is 2 wires(fuse link?) next to distr box.
where is pcm ground besides small tab on pcm itself ?

Should have grounds at the inner fender and firewall on both sides. I know I've found another on the passenger side jumping the rear of the cab to the frame IIRC. Under the dash around the drivers knee area is a another. The PCM ground is the drivers side either the firewall or fender don't remember for sure which though.
