Converting 94 302 4x4 MAF E4OD to Manual

Im officially done with E4OD (which Ive now christened the Ford EP "Electric Princess"....)

Truck is a 94 302 4x4 MAF with E4OD. I frame off rebuilt it and have been driving it daily for about 8 months.
Im sick of automatics and Im doing the conversion to manual.
I will be picking up a whole non running parts truck for the conversion be it M5OD or ZF5

Mechanically I can do this with my eyes closed. What I'm curious about is my MAF setup running the HOG0 PCM. Its a unique and uncommon setup.

As far as electronics go I will take the cab harness, trans harness, all the way to the brake lights, PCM, column, dash bezel, etc from the parts truck and swap it into my frame off rebuilt truck.
My question is will I HAVE to locate a 302 4x4 manual pickup with MAF only as well to use with my engine setup? Or can I install the parts trucks MAP system and air intake into my current setup?

I believe I have the vacuum line capped off on the upper intake which would feed the MAP sensor. And if I'm using the same engine harness off the manual parts truck as well then I think its a non issue. I want to make sure Ive covered anything Im missing before I source the parts truck.

Any guidance or hot tips on this would be greatly appreciated.

There are no manual trans MAF trucks so don't bother looking.
The easy button option here is don't touch any wiring on your truck, simply remove the MLPS sensor from the auto trans, set it in the neutral or drive position(can't remember which one is preferred), reattach it to the wiring harness and zip tie it up to the frame, Then install your manual trans and drive it. There will be codes set for all the other auto trans sensors that no longer exist but the truck will drive just fine, the MLPS is the one module the computer can't live without, the others not so much. If you don't want to look at a check engine light swap in a 5.0 Mustang PCM, it's not a direct plug and play but you just have to move some pins around in the PCM connector, no major wiring changes necessary and you don't even have to remove the auto trans wiring.
Your idea to transfer all the wiring from a donor truck is pure madness IMO, it's a ton of work to end up with an EFI dowgrade and it's not necessary.

This is exactly what I was hoping to hear!
I have a line on an excellent donor truck for the job actually.
I'll disconnect the MLPS and strap it up.
If I get a 90s mustang PCM is there a specific code I'm looking for or any 5.0 mustang manual PCM will do?
Seeing the check engine light constantly lit up might drive me insane after a while lol
Is there a guide as to which pins to swap out for this or will it essentially be comparing the wiring schematics from the 2 vehicles to make sure the critical sensors are mated up?

Thank you for the reply also.

Here is a wiring cross reference I made up years ago. The one addition is wiring for the BARO sensor, this is the same MAP sensor found on SD trucks and cars so won't be hard to find, the difference with the mustang is the vacuum port is not connected to intake vacuum it's just left open to atmosphere. There are a range of 89-93 mustang PCMs that wil work including the auto trans versions as the all mechanical AOD was the only auto used up to that point

Sorry to throw off the topic, but I'm doing a 6r80 swap and finding a manual mustang trans sounds much easier than trying to trick the stock PCM. Do you know what specific Mustang PCMs will work so I can start keeping an eye out?
