You don't want either, as both are old SN / GF-5 oils for Gasoline engines, the last one is $11+ for a Single qt of synthetic Blend & the other is for a 12qt Case of SN / GF-5 Syn Blend & Both are for Gasoline engines!!!
Look in your Owner or Maintenance manual for the specified Ford engine oil part number for your engine & make sure what you are ordering is the same or newer specified Ford part number for your engine & the Item packaging is the Quanty you want or need.

the problem is they are old, how do you know ? my engine is gasoline and manual says WSS-M2C945-A 5w20 is what I need to buy which is what I has been using but, I was wondering why one sticker is yellow and the other black..
Rather than fixate on label color compare printed specifications of each formulation. Packaging might change over time but spec's should remain consistent.
