I am having an issue in getting the front two top bolts in where they go through the bracket that the support rod attaches from the firewall. The holes through the bracket, the hood front locking panel through these air defector are not lining up with the nuts welded on the inner fender well. I have exhausted everything I can think of to line everything up. Any suggestions?
The other thing i noticed, the front of the inner fender well where the welded nuts are does not touch the fender, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch. It will not move. I had issues getting the inner fender well in to begin with.

Pappy loosen all the bolts then use a drift punch or similar to see if the holes will line up. I had to do that on mine and it worked great. Good Luck.
Thank you for your comments. I took a break for a couple of days then went out today. Loosened a couple of bolts and got the bolts to go in and it pulled the render and inner fender well together.
