Best Exhaust for 93 5.0?
I have a '94 F150 SB, ext. cab. About 5 years ago, I installed Borla's cat back. I also put on a set of MAC shorty headers. Combo works great! I noticed an increase in power and about a 2 mpg increase in mileage. Left side header went in with no problems. The right side took awhile-not a whole lot of room to work with. I'd use two gaskets per side, meaning, sandwich them together with a little form-a-gasket. You'll get a better seal. Run the truck to heat the headers up and re-torque the bolts. You'll need to check them fairly often. Truck has a real mellow sound, not loud at all.

It went on easily, used the stock mounts, has a wonderful mellow tone, and gave that truck a torque increase that I could really feel.
I'd do it over again, too (though I'd spend the extra money and get dual outlets, in stainless).
My boss liked it so much he went out and did me one better...he got a JBA Cat Forward system (which is really neat).
