302 heads and cam
im building a 302 for my truck right now (cheap on gas but still a v8), its just a mild 302 with sd injection but im looking for some more power in the cam and heads, what cam and heads would you guys recomend for a big heavy f250 with 35s, 4.56s and a sd 302

Cheap on gas are you talking about a 302? Your best bet would be to call comp cam or crane cam and tell them what you have and what you plan on doing with it, they will provide you will a cam that will do the trick. As far as heads you could go with a gt-40 or gt-40p you need special headers if you go with the p version but they are better than the non p version and the headers are only 219 from central coast mustang so if you need headers it isn't a big deal as they also work with other heads should you decide to go to something different. I would say if you add the heads headers and get a recomended cam for your application you should be happy for a little while. Good luck
