The PA Chapter's "Dog Days" August 2020 Chat and B/S Thread
August already. Time flies when you're having fun and even when you're not.
This weekend is the Ford Nationals show going on at the Carlisle Fairground. Given that the 98 is successfully placed with the body shop to get rocker panels repaired among other things, I'll be at home getting ready to head out to Truck Nationals next weekend (7-9), with which truck yet I'm not sure. The week ahead will determine that. One of few events and opportunities to connect this year at car shows and what not seeing as most are canceled for this year. Hopefully you're making the most of what summer activities are still going on that interest you regardless of the venue.
I'm beat, so that's all you get from me to start this month off lol. You know what to do, so do it

Good morning, Gang! Welcome to August, the month in which greatness was born! Looking like rain today. Got a light sprinkle during my run. Hoping for good weather tomorrow as the youngest and I head to Heritage Reservation for a field day.

Howdy. In a rain delay right now, stripping the dual exhaust system off the OBS and getting ready for a new single exit setup. Duals are great and all, but such a PITA to line up and get to look right, especially in larger diameter (4"+) pipe, so a nice single setup is going to look much better. UPS better have eaten their Wheaties - the new system shows up Monday and is 80lbs of stuff...lol. Maybe I'll go hit the gym while it rains.

Truck got aligned and as i expected my toe was off. truck was toed in. feels weird to have a centered steering wheel.
