Opposite of the Door Ajar Problem

Opposite of the Door Ajar Problem
So as the title states, I have the opposite problem of the common Door Ajar issue.
I just bought this truck a week ago, 2016 F350 CC Lariat, 26K miles, 6.7. For the most part, pretty clean.
So my dome light won't come on with the drivers door, but more importantly, the radio and the truck won't power down once I shut it off and remove the key when I exit the driver's door.
I have to open the front passenger door to get it to power down.
I replaced the Door Jamb switch on the latch, same issue. I tested the switch I removed and it is good.
I will also get a random windshield wiper swipe on start up, but I haven't got a pattern on that yet.
Any ideas what I need to fix this? Everything else seems to work perfectly.
