It’s pretty neat sometimes, I swear it mainly does it when I remote start the truck also but I’m gonna try and pay attention to other times. It also is sluggish to start on remote start a lot of times, I know you hear the fuel system prime when the door opens so I wonder if they forgot something when programming remote start
Mine makes a similar noise when parked on a sloping driveway. Makes me wonder if it has anything to do with the hill start assist or some sort of transmission engagement. I have not experienced it on level ground.

Mine sees to do that the day after towin my camper. Not sure if it's related to putting thr truck in tow mode or the lad of pulling the camper. It only does it when the engne is fully cooled off after towing and until the truck warms back up.
There is a TSB for certain models. It covers a knock from the engine area caused by the power steering pulley. Your truck sounds like it has aftermarket exhaust. Could be.an exhaust leak.
