49 F1 bulkhead code

Sure. CS is the build plant code, Chester, PA. 12K is the build date October 12, 1949, (assuming your truck is a 49). 320 is an internal tracking number used in the plant, it has no direct correlation to the truck. I see something in front of the CS but can't make it out. It would be the paint code, which appears to be green.

It appears to be a 7 - color code for meadow green. Wayne got the rest.

From the numbers we have collected it should be in the 255000 range. 97H or 98R prefix are the two choices. They're really pretty basic. Enjoy your truck.
