There are some older posts here of guys doing it themselves. $2-3k just for parts. What a dealer would want for parts & labor would probably scare you.

A dealer wouldn't do this type of work. They aren't staffed for it. They might accept the truck for the work, but they'd farm it out to a custom shop and get their cut. So, it would be better for you to find a shop to take on the job .

The Retrofit Source has them priced at $2700/pair, with the conversion harness. I'm pretty sure they are lower sometimes.
Thie install shouldn't be too bad DIY, not sure if Forscan programming would still be needed.
