VIN Decode Please

VIN doesn't tell you much when it's decoded. Warranty Plate riveted to the left door face below the latch. Post a pic of it or type the info.
F50 = F500 (gas).
C = 330 2V Medium Duty FT engine.
C = Oakville Ontario Canada Truck Assembly Plant.
R71101 = 1973 .. I dropped one of the 1's. (VIN has too many digits, it should only have 11. The mistake is probably one of the last 7 digits, it should only have 6).
