1986 f250 spark plug oxidation on 5/8 spark plugs

Hello, so I got this 1986 f250 for free and am in the works to try and see I'd 8 can get it to start (it's going to be used as a parts truck but wanna start it for kicks) removed the spark plugs and spark plugs 5 through 8 have green oxidation on them. Read its front lead gasoline? Probably back when leaded gas was still being used? Anyways, my question is why wouldn't all of the spark plugs be oxidized? Probably cant see much from the picture. Another question, other than the green oxidation I'd say they look ok? Probably be fine to clean them up and stick them back in?

Can't tell from the picture, but they would probably be ok after a little wire brushing.

Ya, I'll probably just do that and hope forb the best haha. Trucks got signs of being caught in fire so I gotta fix the ignition wiring and vacuum lines....
