Well after a very cold and wet March, it looks like we are finally gonna warm up here on the plateau. But of course it is April so looks like we will still be getting rain for about the next 10 days. I've been working on our bus conversion for the past month, so with the rain it looks like I'll have to stick mostly to working on the interior.
Just remember all this rain we've got this year gets to me anywhere from a few hours to about a day before it gets to everybody else. I've seen some rain out as it leaves the Memphis area. So I'm driving over next week to my place in the Smokies. And yes there's rain predicted about every day. No idea if any shows are in the Pigeon Forge area or not.

I saw that post. Don't know about that weekend. Need to check my work schedule. I will probably be moving over later in the summer or early fall at the latest.
A couple of nice weather days and I have been working on the bus.
The rear bumper was slightly bent, so I managed to straighten that out, beefed it up and installed a receiver tube, strong enough to pull my 12' trailer with the Harley, or the rear carrier for the wife's mobility scooter.
I installed the awning track for the add a room that we used to use with our pop up camper.
Got the 'house' battery installed and wired (waiting for the fuse panel I ordered to arrive), tested my solar panels, charger and inverter, all working good. Still need to figure our where to mount the solar panels.
I'm in Outdoor Resorts at Gatlinburg this week. Love my place over here. Should retire later this year and move here full time. Just missed the Spring Grand Rod Run. There are still a few shows in Pigeon Forge, just not my favorites. I know the Supernationals are back, but not like it was when I first saw it.
