Nominations/ Volunteers for the Tennessee Chapter Leader

If you have a question that's not answered in the previous links, feel free to post it in this thread or send a pm to myself (67nukeford) or George (glruff).
Here are the ground rules for this thread:
1) Before nominating someone, be certain that they will accept the position.
2) Volunteers/Nominees please introduce yourself, provide a brief detail of what you do, where you live, and add your first name to your signature (if it isn't already there).
3) You must be a Tennessee Chapter member and a Tennessee resident to make a nomination or volunteer for the position.
4) Participation in this thread is limited to Tennessee Chapter resident members and site staff.
5) As this is an "official chapter business" type thread, I'd like to ask you to please keep it on topic. Any off topic postings in this thread will be removed

I was asked by a few members back when this was first posted to submit my name, however at that time I was going through some health issues and very busy with the 1948-1956 FTE group. Many of my health issues have been resolved and I feel that it is time for this chapter to come back to life so I will submit my name for consideration. Hopefully I will not be the only candidate.
A little background, I have been an FTE member for about 18 years and very active with the 48-56 group for the last 10. With that group I have organized a few large gatherings including Truckstock events at Fall Creek Falls SP and the upcoming event at Pickett SP. I'm retired law enforcement and have been a resident of TN for 15 years.
