Crank no start
I'm sure this has been talked about a thousand different times but I'm having issues crank no start no smoke when cranking drinks Like the Wind has a new CPS sensor oil pressure moves under cranking RPM moves under cranking I think in my next choice is an IPR valve but I'm not sure still new to these trucks any help is greatly appreciated!
The the truck ran and drove to where it sits shut it off at the house got back in at the next day and it wouldn't start this is now two days later I still can't figure it out

Get one of these to see how far your voltage drops when glow plugs come on and cranking with starter. if voltage drops below 10.5 volts. Truck will not start. Sold at Wally world, around 15.00. This meter will tell you your voltage when ready to turn key on... when key is on and glow plugs come on (or not) and the voltage drop when on... and the voltage drop when key is on to crank the starter. if voltage is below 10.5v. Check batteries. When truck is started (when you get it started) this meter will let you know when the glow plug relay shuts off and the voltage will Slowly rise to the point of the Alternator Output (Good out put or Alternator may need to be looked at) . Very handy to have.
Also, to eliminate this possibility, unplug the fuel bowl heater from the back of the fuel bowl. If the heating element is broken the truck will not start. check fuse # 30, this is the fuse to the element and if this fuse is bad... truck will not start. you do not need the fuel bowl heating element, unless you live in the Artic....
The CPS, may not be 'bad', if moisture getting in there because of a bad seal or electrical connection, this may cause a not start. Make sure that the CPS connection is good.

New sensors don’t mean squat, ( actually those are the first place I would look, the actual sensor or the wiring to them since it has recently been messed with ) You need to hook up to Forscan or similar and get actual values.
To start these values will tell you a lot,
ICP pressure
IPR %
RPM
signal voltage
then you should hook up a fuel pressure gauge and get a fuel pressure at key on and when it starts also note ideal and WOT.
