1994 Ford F150 4.9L engine
1994 Ford F-150 XL L6 - 4.9L 4917cc 300ci GAS MFI vin Y - 2 valve OHV Straight 6. I've replaced the ECM, the distributor, spark plugs, the fuel pump, almost everything I can think of. The truck will start sometimes but won't stay cranked. Sometimes, it won't even crank. I'm at a loss. What am I overlooking?

Grounds. Find all the grounds and make sure they are clean and tight. Have the batteries tested.
You have thrown several parts at it. Now it is time to start troubleshooting.
