Oil leaking into some of the spark plug wells - Causes/Fixes

Hello all. New to the group so wanted to possibly get some seasoned knowledge regarding a problem I'm having with my truck. I own a 1964 F100 straight six (223 cubic inch) stick and am finding oil on some of the spark plugs. It's not smoking at idle but does occasionally lurch if I'm driving at higher speeds. I went online and one of the common problems noted are the spark plug tube seals needing to be replaced. Excuse the dumb question but do 64s have these? I took out one of the plugs and did not find any removal tube. Thanks in advance for any help.

No tubes on a 223. Oil on the electrode of the plug suggests the engine is burning oil. Oil on the outside of the spark plug is likely coming from a valve cover leak.
