I have a 1975 ford f100 and I have no tail lights, blinkers and no drivers side head light. My dash lights, brake lights and hazards work. I'm pulling my hair out with this one. Any help would be appreciated
Simple, replace the turn signal wiring in the column. It controls the brake lights and other things. A few months ago I pulled the hazard out on my 74 and everything started
acting crazy, brake lights, blinkers etc. Replaced the unit and it fixed everything
Have you checked the fuses?
How about replacing the bulbs?
They do burn out and cause no tail lights. That head light does it work high beam and not low beam?
When you replace the bulbs what do the sockets look like?
Using a test light do you have power at the sockets?
I would replace the flasher for the turn signal. There is also 1 for 4 ways.
If the flasher does not fix turn lights then I would look at a bad turn signal switch. The 4 ways switch is built into the turn switch but is totally different part and why 1 will work and the other not.

I checked the fuses, bulbs, sockets, grounds. Replaced a bad dimmer switch, headlight switch and turn signal switch. The drivers head light does not work on high beam. The only things I haven't replaced are the 2 flasher relays.
