I just got my May/June issue of Vintage Truck a few days ago. In the classifieds are two Marmon-Herringtons listed and one NAPCO. The MH are a 1939 big truck rolling chassis in NY and a 53 F250 in VA.
The NAPCO is 56 F250 in KS.
I think you can go to the vintage Truck webpage to see the classifieds on line.
There is also a nice looking stock 52 F4 flatbed in Winslow, Arizona for $5000. There was no mention of the girl "slowin' down to take a look at me."
Edit: I just checked the webpage. You cannot view the classifieds online. If you want more info and contact numbers let me know.
