I ran into a bit of trouble recently and had 2 rims damaged. 1 due to a blowout at high speed, 1 due to multiple studs snapping and stretching the holes. With that being said, I found a set of rims near me from a 1st generation (97-03) Expedition and they have a 5 lug pattern. Will they fit on my 91 F-150?

Your F150 has a 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern
The expedition has 5 on 135mm bolt pattern
With that said, IF you drill out the holes on the expedition rims to 11/16 and get watered style 1/2" lugs nuts they will work(unless you are in love with the expedition wheels, I suggest finding the correct 5 on 5.5 wheels)

If it is that much work, I will tell the guy no thanks. Not saying I'm not mechanically inclined but I'd rather invest my time in the motor and interior work than drilling rims to fit.
