Clockspring issues?

Clockspring issues?
I have an 02 F350 Superduty that has the following issue. The engine will die when I use the horn. It will also do the same thing when the wipers are operating but this is intermittent with the wipers. I am thinking that it may be a clockspring that is going bad. Has anyone had this issue and if so what was the cause? Any ideas?

It honks before during and after the engine stalls. The only thing that dies is the engine, all other electrical works fine. When it does it with the wipers, it doesn't always kill the engine, sometimes it creates a sort of miss in the engine, kind of like the engine stalls and then restarts immediately.

I don't think is is the clock spring. The wipers don't use the clock spring wiring.
I'm wondering if the horn or wipers are somehow drawing so much current that the voltage drop is messing with the engine management oricess.
