It's been a little while since I report here...
Truck is fine, Sebastian is fine, Yesenia & I are having another baby (a girl this time). Natalia should arrive early October - Just after Sebastian turns 2.
I know CRAZY! I keep saying "God is Funny"
My Cancer decided to return after a short 5 years. In December I had major Liver surgery, and unrelated to Cancer, in January I had a severe case of kidney stones requiring two Lithotripsy procedures, then now in May I had another major chest surgery as the evil had relocated to a different location on the Liver, diaphram, stomach wall and 2 ribs. So I / we are treating it again with "Gunk" as I refer to the chemo meds...
This last Thursday the 13th, I had my 1st chemo infusion of 8. Horrible than the first time around, friends! Applying rule #5 ALL THE WAY!!!
The Truck... This time around though, I'm using it to go to the treatments with no flaws. I wanted a daily driver and boy do I have a daily driver! My wife now prefers riding in the truck than in her 2015 Nissan Murano - and that's a nice ride! I'm giddy, cause I recall she didn't want to set foot in the truck cause it was too loud, too noisy, too this or that... Now, it's golden! Oh, and Sebastian LOVES and I mean LOVES his 1956 F100. Hope he keeps it for as long as Dad and I have kept it. Mom says "I ain't getting rid of it"! LOL
Anyway, I miss being here asking questions because Lord knows there are still little things that I'd like to correct on the truck, but I have so much fun driving it and waiving at folks ALL THE TIME. Sebastian has learned the wave. You should see him, it's surreal...
Hope all of the holidays and special moments in all our lives have past with flying colors and all are in good health and spirits are my wishes to you my FTE friends.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for sharing the beautiful pictures of your family..... and your truck. I feel like I need to say something but am not sure exactly what to say. You are an inspiration in that you are fighting. Keep fighting for yourself and your family and keep enjoying the small things of life (your son waving out the window). There is a good lesson in there for all of us slow down appreciate the important things and important things are not always big things. Anyways just wanted to express my thanks for sharing and let you know I'm thinking of you.
Zac
With all you have gone thru, you still come out sounding so positive and upbeat, well done Paul and keep up the good fight for the beautiful family you have.
Thanks for checking in with us and sharing all of your news. You know, if there is a happiness induced cure for cancer, I wish for you to be the first to experience it. Be strong and lean on the good folks around you during the days to come. Give your wife and son an extra hug on behalf of your FTE family.
Paul, take care! So sorry that it came back, sounds like you have a great wife and Sebastian!!! Good luck with it, know that you have a lot of people here pulling for you!

Paul, thanks for telling us about your recent bout. I'm not much good with words at a time like this, so I quoted Jim. He has a way with words and sums up pretty much how I feel. I do , and I know you do too, believe in the power of prayer! I'm glad you got your truck running well. What better way to drive to your chemo treatments!
Edit: my aches and pains and sinus problems seem like small change now. I thank God for my health daily and will pray for yours too.
Hi Paul - it is great to see the fighting a spirit in your words and pics. We've chased that devil out of our house twice now - stay at it. Love that you are enjoying your truck.
During difficult times, it is good to remember that God is never surprised. He knows all of our tomorrows--and we can count on his comfort and presence in every situation. Come what may, God always keeps his promises to us. We pray for your healing and the strength you will need to continue your struggle. All of our lives are ultimately in God's hands, and we trust that His will will be done. Thanks for sharing with us Paul. Prayer is a powerful thing, and you've given us the chance to be a part of your fight.
I just logged on to see if anyone out here still recalls my health rants and boy what a surprise!
It's too early in the morning to be crying, but you've managed to accomplish this. Not that there's anything wrong with crying. If done right, one can feel that sense of emptiness then overdrive kicks in and allows one to get back out of the slump!
My Friends, thank you so much for the kind words but most importantly for the prayers, good thoughts and wishes. The Power Of Prayer Is Immense!
Thank you!!
Rather than thanking each and everyone individually, please accept a general thank you as my levels of strength are low at the moment...
Congratulations on #2. Even though you are probably tired a lot kids are a bit of sunshine on those dark days. Keep fighting the fight. Stay strong and as positive as possible. Enjoy life, family and of course your truck.
Hey Paul, was out of town until today. Glad to see the fam doing well, keep that truck going man, it's the simple things. I hope to see your truck up close sometme, maybe later this year when things cool down.
