These are the measurements of my frame where I have a problem aligning my bed to the cab. Obviously there are some issues. The bed driver side F is about 5/8" further back than the passenger side from the cab.
With the bed loose, If I try to align the bed to cab the bumper on the driver side is preventing the bed from going over enough to align it. The curve in the bumper stops the bed.
So I am not sure if it is the bumper or the frame preventing alignment. If I take the bumper off and align the bed to cab I am not sure if the holes would line up because of the frame. I don't think it will.
Regardless, if the measurements indicate the frame should be squared I will check into that and not try to have the bumper moved. I guess the cab could be off also. Any help is sincerely appreciated as this is new to me.
Looks like maybe the frame has been racked. The top rail is moved to the right compared to the bottom rail. I would say the lower rail has been hit(pushed to the left), and that is why all the square dimensions are off. I don't know what direction the truck is facing on you drawing.

Thank you for the reply. C-F are the front. C is the Driver side
I see no frame damage anywhere and I have really looked. The side ABC FRAME holes have been slightly elongated by someone to help with alignment of the bed to body. The elongations don't help as the rear of the bed (A) can not be move over enough because the curve in the rear bumper blocks it.
I'm now wondering if the cab and/or that frame area are straight. I will measure them in the morning and post those results for more information if that sounds like a good idea. I have only assumed the alignment problem was the bed. All cab bushings look great except the radiator mount bushings.
I have the same issue with cab/bed alignment, but I've not had the means to take the measurements you have. My bed sits off to the right, or perhaps the cab sits off to the left.
Currently I just live with it, but my inner OCD sees it and dies a little inside.
What an appropriate handle you have regarding my issue. I mentioned earlier they all looked to be in great condition except the radiator ones which need to be replaced. I am measuring the cab tomorrow. My frame drawings are above if you didn't see em. Sandy
Yes and the only damage before paint was a fist size dent on the driver side bed that probably got the bumper (not sure). Since the bumper was not showing damage I can only assume it was replaced.
I guess that could have resulted in an aftermarket bumper that is causing the bed to not be able to be moved more to the driver side. I guess it could have pushed the driver side of the frame forward but there are no signs of it taking a direct hit.
Ok, are the measurements above of the frame, or of the bed? What I'm trying to say, is did you measure the bed to see if it's racked and not the frame?
