Most old Ford places should have the pins in stock, in both plain steel and stainless steel. Mac's Antique Auto in NY has them, as well as places like Bob Drake...they are failry cheap, maybe only about $3-$7 per pin, depending on material.
Glad to hear from you again. I know what you mean by sloooowww, on the work detail. It seems that you hit the wall in a certain point in a project and your just stuck there because:
Too many ideas
No clue
Lack of git up and go
Brain fade
ETC, ETC.
I decided that this winter I am going to do small projects on my truck, i.e. install new brake line on rear end housing: complete! Move on to next project, etc. I find that it improves my enthusiasm when I complete it and makes me want to go on. Its still nice up here, leaves haven't started to change yet.
