What springs for ifs

Looking for a recommendation for springs from heidts for mustang ii ifs. 375 lb or 425 lb. Engine is a 390fe and iron heads ...also looking for decent shocks, but not to fancy . What are you running? 56 f100

Ive got 375's in mine with a 429 with aluminum heads. Haven't driven it more than around the block yet. It sits a little high with these springs so I'm hoping they settle a bit.
