Called and emailed Husky this morning. They jumped all over it and are checking into it. See response below. I will update with more information when it becomes available.
David,
Thank you for the e-mail! We have not had this brought to our attention before but will definitely check it out. The most common Super Duty models we find are XLT and Lariat models. King Ranch and Platinum models are less common at the smaller, local dealers in our area. I will follow up with our findings.
Thanks!

I just emailed them and gave them the link to this thread to view the pictures.
hopefully they can get the passenger side fixed, and ship me out a new passenger side mat.
If not I will need my money back to buy a different brand.
I sure hope they can get it fixed as I like the looks and feel of them. Solid product assuming they get the fitment right.

FWIW, I trimmed my Weather tech so the "Platinum" would show and it looks pretty good.
Epic had a thread on it and I followed his procedure.

The clips are for the drivers side to prevent the Matt being pushed under the brake and throttle and causing an accident. To bad they are not on both sides to keep the matts in place. I have the ford ones, they fit good, but don't extend out over the sill plate far enough to prevent some water getting into the carpet. Look at the pics of EpicCowlick trimming his Husky matts so the platinum lighting still shows, it looked like his fit a bit better?

My WT's definitely fit better than the OP's Husky's.
On a side note, my WT's were delivered in sub-zero temperatures and when they came out of the box they wouldn't flatten out - even after running floor heat on the short drives I was taking at the time. Got to the point where the passenger liner was curled up 90 degrees at the door sill from the door pushing on it when it was closed. I ended up hitting it with a heat gun all over and it laid flat & tight within 30 seconds. It looked so good that I did the drivers side too.
