Throttle lock available vs Cruise Control?
Anyone aware of a Cruise Control option that maintains throttle vs speed. Hey, don't get me wrong, there are times when I really need to maintain speed and the 6.8 in the 2016 cut-a-way delivers. Other times though, say in rolling hills, I am perfectly content with kicking the cruise off and keeping a steady foot on the gas and letting the speed drop on those hills. For one thing, you can stay in that right lane with the big trucks. Ok, call me lazy, but old trucks had a **** connected to a cable you could pull out and twist and it locked the throttle. (Yes, it was a carburetor back then). So, if anyone knows of a product or modification to do this on this truck, I sure would appreciate the tip.

poor mans cruise control is what we used to call that back in the old days with the big trucks.
it is actually pretty dangerous, because it will not turn the throttle off if brakes applied in a panic stop situation.

They had something connected to the brake and gas pedals that disabled them when you applied either. But they were pretty useless in general, because you're almost never in a situation where you need only constant throttle opening. So you end up constantly adjusting your speed manually, and having to re-lock it.
