Well, my truck is in the body shop for repairs and they discovered the radiator support is pretty rusted. Ford no longer makes the part and neither does Ford aftermarket. Anyone know where I can get an OEM fit part# 16138
I typically have them. I get them from the south and sell them up here in the north. I get then a dozen at a time. But this last group I got I could only source 8.
They are getting harder and harder to find. I think I am going to start making them new

Let me know how to invest money in the stock of your company, good sir.
I noticed on LMC's catalog last night that they offer diesel core supports. Other than LMC's general quality concerns is there something else about these that makes them unsuitable? I'm guessing they only fit non turbo diesels? NPD also offers these core supports.
^^^^^ No, they don't. NO ONE does. Even the people who claim they do, have GASSER supports. And they've been mis-listing it like that for YEARS, despite an obvious stream of irate buyers seeking refunds. Diesel supports are diesel supports. They vary by truck generation, but NOT by aspiration type (turbo/non), transmission type, HVAC type, color of the truck, phase of the moon, owner's shoe size, Ginger/MaryAnn, or anything else.

^^^ What he said
92-97 F-series trucks had ONE diesel support. The part number is Part # F4TZ-16138-A.
These are for IDI and POWERSTROKE. Auto or stick. Does NOT matter if has A/C or not. The aftermarket likes to calls their's a NON supercooling supports, again no such thing
REAL DIESEL supports measure out to be 29" tall.
GAS supports(and what the aftermarket call diesel) measure out to be 24" tall

don't forget about the 8th gen idi trucks.some of those had a short wide diesel radiator.i believe those were the 8th gen diesel trucks that didn't come with A/C.
i dunno if you'd be interested in making a support for those, considering they could simply install the 8th gen A/C - 9th gen (a/c-non a/c) idi/psd diesel support,if they had too.would also mean they would have to swap radiators too though,so they may not want the added expense and opt for used instead.
