Weird noise
Whenever I put my 96 EB 351 in reverse and then cut the wheel I hear a metallic clank coming from the front axle area. The best way that I can describe it is that it sounds like something is dropping about two inches and then banging into another part. Definitely sound like metal on metal. Is this normal or something I should be concerned about?

Could be a number of things with your suspension.....tie rod ends, ball joints, radius arms...etc. Best if you can have someone repeat the action of cranking the wheel over while in reverse and while you take a look under the front end. 
Just make sure its someone you trust behind the wheel.
