Richmond Area / 5.4 3V Help

He fellow Virginias! Just recently completed the infamous timing chain repair on my 05 F150. It was every bit of a PITA as expected! Still having some issues (maybe jumped out of timing) before or during the repair. No way in hell I can afford the dealer shop rate to help me problem shoot this thing. My question: anybody know someone that is knowledgeable of these motors that could give me a hand? Located in western Hanover near Goochland.
