J hooks from stakebed? And tools identification 33-L Fairbanks. (Ok)?
Ok. So i picked up a few parts that were in a 51 f3 stakebed truck. (Stakebed was already sold)
But these j hooks are kinda neat. Just not sure what to do with them or what they were made for? Any ideas?
There are 4 of them
2 are about 4" long and 2 about 8" long
Underside of cast iron handles have a number. 5910 C D F E. Or maybe C D F T E ? I think i imagined the "T" in there though...
Then a breaker bar handle has
33-L Fairbanks. (Ok) ?
Has 49/64 socket attached. Does not look like socket can be removed.
Any ideas?
The handles on those J hooks look very similar to ones that were used on some local made, slide in pick up bed, wood stock racks. They were used to bolt the panels together.
Interesting.
This truck didnt start life as a stakebed truck judging by the longboards being cut off behind the cab. Guess I'll hang these on a nail in the shop until someday...
