wiper problem
I have a 53 w/ the stock 6 volt wiper motor- I bought a 12v to 6 v converter to use the stock motor(as I have cinverted to 12v) this little switch gets very hot(uncomfortably hot) when turned on- I think that there is a mismatch in the amperage- does anyone know how many amps a stock 6v wiper motor should be getting- there is a diagram that came w/ the converter that shows different set ups for different amp requirements- i have looked in the service manual but no help- has anyone else had this problem?
