2007 F-150 Nav Quit Working

2007 F-150 Nav Quit Working
I posted this in the Audio/Video forum as well, but I'm likely quicker to get a reply from you fellas.
The factory nav in my '07 F-150 quit working. I get a fault message each time I start the truck and go to my maps that says
"A system fault has been detected that may cause the navigation to perform abnormally. Please contact your dealership."
Yeah it's acting abnormally all right, it's about 45 miles out right now and thinks I'm somewhere around Neepawa when I'm here in Brandon!! Has anyone ever has this happen before? What kind of fix was it from the dealership?
