Supercab quarter door latches?
On my '03 Supercab the rear quarter door latches have been getting harder to get the doors open for a little while now.......seems much worse when its warm outside........they will open right up when its cooler-in the 70s....
I have heard that the cables are the problem.......guessing they are stretching over time?? is there something I can do to fix what I've got or must I replace the cables?

supercab ranger rear bottom latch stuck
My son has 99 Ranger xlt supercab Right rear bottom door latch is stuck. Took inside door panel off and checked cables. Cables seem to be fine. Dlid get upper latch to finally latch it was frozen open. Bottom latch is moving inside door . It tries to unlatch but I think its rusted to the strike. Spyed almost a whole can of PB blaster inside the door and under. been almost 3 weeks since I have tried to open it. I am hoping it will soak in the free up the bottom latch enough to get it open. Then I will remove the latch and inspect the strike. If I ever get it open I plan on replacing the strike or having it powder coated. I have friend that works at a place that powder coats. He seems to think this would stop any further problems. I will let you all know how it turns out.
