1975 ford f250 highboy crewcab
Hello my name is david, I have a 75 4x4 f250 crewcab highboy divorced transfercase. It currently needs all 3 driveshafts, I know little about this truck and am wondering if I could get the driveshafts from another donor vehicle.

The front and center driveshafts should interchange with any F250 with a divorced xfer case, as long as it's the same type of xfer case (I did a conversion from a 205 to a 203 and pretty sure I hard to change all three but not positive) and probably the same tranny. I doubt the rear one is common with any other model.
Do you not have any of the originals driveshafts? Might be cheaper to have them rebuilt if it's just u-joints.

Does anyone know if I can have all 3 driveshafts custom made. Im not exactly sure how to measure a driveshaft, but the truck is all stock, 390 carb, np205 I believe. Any help or advice is apreciated thanks

You can have all 3 custom made. If you go to Tom Woods website, it will tell you what measurements they want for the drivshaft.

If you have all 3 drive shafts made your are looking to spend about $1500.00. I had all new shafts made while doing my cummins conversion. They cost a bit more because I went to 1350 for the front and rear shafts and 1410 for the intermediate shaft.

K I have saved up 2000$ for custom driveshafts, im wanting to do a steering conversion and swap out both axels, I have a friend selling me a 10.25 sterling rear for 200$ out of a 92 ford is it worth it. Whats the best axels swap, Thank you for the help.
