Ford is advertising as standard equipment a "door reflector" on the 2015 Super Duty in each door panel trim. My 2015 F-350 has no reflectors on it. Anybody no what the story is with these? Pics?

On the INSIDE door panel, down low, there is a RED 4" long x 1.5" tall reflector.
With your door(s) open it helps folks coming UP behind you to see your door is open.. At least it was there on 2014 and older vehicles (my Ex has them)

 

Thanks for the explanation. I know for sure the 2011-style Super Duty's don't have door panels that look anything like that. I believe the style changed in 2008. I have no reflector at all on any of my door panels; nor did my 2012 F-250.

My old 1996 Explorer did have them, however.

 

And in the ooooollllld days (2001 F350) they were lighted!

 

My 2015 XLT FX4... no reflector!
