2015 F350 Air Filter

2015 F350 Air Filter
Presently have about 5000 miles on my new F350 and wanted to take a look at the air filter. Tripped the 3 hold down clips and can not get the top of the filter casing off. The manual states to move it forward but it seems like there is not enough room. Any tricks to remove the top section? Thanks for any help. Ellis

Ellis, I don't know if 15's are same as 12's but I had same problem with mine first try.
I think the air duct being disconnected and the wiring connector popped off helped. then just wiggle and slide it, over, up and out.
