2003 EB Expedition: Power door locks, third row seats, auto headlights, radio staying on
Ive been trying to find an answer for a few days now and havent really come up with a definite answer.
My power door locks, auto headlights, and 3rd row seats are all not working at all. Also when i shut the car off and open the door the radio stays on. ANd the interior lights dont come on when i open the door. I would assume all this is linked to one problem.
Does anyone have a clue what it would be? I have checked all fuses and they appear to be fine.

You probably had rain or water leak through your windshield seal and got the GEM module wet. Look under the dash, drivers side above your left foot area and feel for moisture.

Are fuses #24, #30, #104, & #117 good?
Except for the auto lights and 3rd row seat all of the problems can be the result of a stuck door switch. Since you didn't mention a chime noise I imaging it is not the driver's door switch.
Check the VSM (passenger side kick panel, accessed throught the glove box). The only common problem that I am having is the 3rd row seats. You can read about that here, but I think I've traced it to the VSM. Use the diagrams in this link to find and test the VSM. All of the problems you are seeing receive a signal from the VSM. Start by testing the power and ground to the module. If that checks out, start testing each wire. If a door is open, the corresponding wire should see full battery power; door closed = 0v.
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I PURCHASED MY 03 A FEW MONTHS AGO.
LOOK @ THE DOOR LOCKS MINE WHERE CAKED UP WITH DIRT AND GREASE, I USED WHAT I HAD AVAILABLE AT THE TIME CAUSE I WAS DETAILING THE INTERIOR WHICH WAS BELIEVE IT OR NOT MR BUBBLES SCRUBBING BUBBLES BATHROOM CLEANER (WORKS MIRACLES ON THE LEATHER SEATS, PANELS, SEAT BELTS AND TRIM) I LET IT SIT FOR A FEW THEN USED A BRUSH WIPED IT CLEAN WITH A RAG THEN GAVE IT A FEW SHOTS OF WD-40. I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM YET. NOW ALL MY LIGHTS SHUT OFF, RADIO TURNS OFF WHEN I PULL OUT THE KEY AND OPEN THE DOOR, EVEN WHEN I USE THE FOB I GET THE ONE CHIRP INSTEAD OF THE TWO CHIRPS WHICH INDICATES A DOOR OR HATCH IS OPEN. BUT IF THAT DOES NOT WORK CHECK EACH DOOR INDIVIDUALLY THERE IS AN ELECTRONIC SWITCH ATTACHED TO THE DOOR LATCH IT IS THE USUAL COLPERATE OF THIS PROBLEM. CHECK ON YOUTUBE FOR A VIDEO. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU OUT.
I bought a VSM online and swapped it but the problem persists..does this have to be programmed by the dealer? thxhttps://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/images/smilies2/cry.gif
