As Moe reminded me I have not been online here for awhile. If you don't have me on facebook here are some updates to my Ford trucks that have happen
First of all the dead... my 05 king ranch was written off in April
I haven't bought a replacement yet instead I started a skidsteer business which uses this Ford L9000, I bought a 93 Dodge cummins to drive in meantime
Last of all good news my 1949 Mercury finally got back on the road this year
Soory to hear about your accident last April, hope nobody was seriously injured. Nice tandem dump, I love those truck's. We're also driving a Dodge in the interim, after my wife's accident last wednesday. The Merc is cherry, LOVE IT. Have a Merry Chreistmas.
Hopefully everyone was alright SnowKing!! Hopefully you can find a replacement soon!!
Nothing that old Dodge cant do that the SD couldn't, minus the comforts.
thanks yes did walk away....5miles home of course, just the dog was with me. As for new truck prolly buy on via Ritchie brothers in spring. The dodge has a lift kit being installed and few more hp it'll be my play truck
The last dodge truck I saw like that was on a dyno locally here.
600HP with 1024Tq.
Guy said it was his daily driver, but i've never seen it.
Usually the power,he said, was alot higher but he was having a problem with something and down tuned it. Crazy power!! Should be a fun Play truck Snow
Won't be much til spring, all the engine parts are sitting in a counter in my kitchen (turbo, injectors, fuel pin) was about to order the lift kit DBS 5inch from Tiger automotive.... but then I ended up a newer quad but will have ordered for end of winter
That would be a sweet truck too! I am hoping for 375-400hp. 5"lift on 37" rubbers is the plan. Gotta go a little taller for the same result being a crew cab longbox
Nice, my Ram is pretty gutless haha. Its got the 318 magnum, a 5 speed manual with 3.55 gears and about 350-360k km on it all original as far as I know. In 5th gear it has hard time holding highway speed, even with my foot in the floor boards, unless the ground is completely flat or going down hill lol, so really I only have 4 useable gears... Its been sitting for the past few years and I keep wanting to fix it up and get it going again but every time I get spare money I spend it on my new truck lol.
