03 Expedition Front Door Panel removal for speaker change

Has anyone changed their factory speakers on an 03 Expedition. I'm attempting to install some alpines tonight . Is it easy, tough, or should I let a professional do it. Once I can get the panel off it looks like pretty smooth sailing. Help!

03 Expedition Front Door Panel removal for speaker change

Its easy to do.
First take the screws out along the bottom of the door panel.
Second remove oval cover panel below door pull handle and remove 2 screws.
Third pop trim of around door release lever and remove.
Fourth pop switch panel out and unplug switches.
Fifth There is a clip in the upper corner of he door where the power mirror switch is, you need to pop this part of the door panel away and then lift the whole door panel straight up.

Thanks for the help. I removed the door panel. Installed the back plate and was ready for the speaker install however the wiring didn't match up and I didn';t want to chance the small amount of slack coming from the wiring chassis. Looks like I will have someone make me up to adaptable plugs. I can do the rest
